More Kendall!!!

Had to share a few more photos while logged in. After 8 days of life, she has already logged in two trips around Green Lake. It's been nice for Mom and Dad to get out of the house too! I'm headed back to work next week so Mom will be taking it solo soon.

Introducing: Kendall Jollyne

It's been a long time since we've posted to our blog (as you can see) but we're back online now! We wanted to share a couple of photos of the newest addition to our little family, Kendall Jollyne Dent. She was born on February 20, 2008 and weighed in at 8.6 lbs and 21 inches long...a bit larger than we expected, Ouch! Mom did a great job getting her out and both are doing great. Nights have definately gotten longer and sleep a lot shorter but we're all really happy to finally have her in our lives.

We'll be updating the site as much as possible with photos and news. We can only hope to be as diligent at Azla.

Memorial Weekend

Nice lazy weekend around Seattle. We spent one day at the Washington Wine Highway at Chateau St. Michelle with the Tanners and the next on the boat with The Hirata/Woods and The Schells. Great weather in Seattle??? What?

Yakima Float and Fish

Hot day on the Yakima with Pat and his lab Macy. She was more interested in the little yellow strike indicator than retrieving sticks. Unfortunately, the fish weren't quite as interested as the dog but we'll get em next time. Better than being at the office.

Dinner in our new backyard

After a long drive from San Diego, the Tanners made it to Seattle just in time for our backyard launch party. Nala the dog was there too. We also celebrated Jollyne's birthday...a bit belated. Another fun night with the in laws! Good food and even better wine.

Smith River Trip - May 2007

The much anticipated guys trip to the Smith River in Montana was a success but didn't go without a minor mishap when launching the boats in the abnormally high and fast river. The first boat went in a little fast and took on some water and subsequently our dry bags, cooler and a few other very important items popped out and started floating downstream. My first thought was that the trip was over but Ryan and Ben hopped into action and chased down all the gear. Amazing. Beautiful 4 day, 59 mile float. Not many fish to speak of enough to keep us interested. Attendees: David Rhoades, Ryan Sullivan, Ben Elliott and me. Great trip guys. Next time we'll bring the ladies!

Trophy Lake..Golf and Fish???

Great trip to Trophy Lake Golf Club with Chris and Aimee. Huge fish in the lake and beautiful golf course. Just for the record...and according to our scorecard The Dents beat up on the Hirata/Wood contingent.
